Alexandra Building

The owner of 31 West Main St. engaged Tucker Design Build to complete architectural design that remodelled the structure into a mixed-use building for professional tenants on the main floor and apartments on the 2nd floor.

Located beside Welland’s newest contemporary restaurant “Taris on the Water,” the building’s design is reflecting the continued re-development of Welland’s downtown core, and inspired by the history of the former shipping canal and streetcar service. The mixed-use building will provide a suitable professional space in an attractive and inspiring facility, and modern suites for urban personalities.

As a design and build firm, Tucker Design Build is providing a full range of planning, architectural and engineering services, and all construction will be overseen by Tucker’s project management and construction staff.
